Dr. Vance Kirar and his wife Dr. Jill Kirar opened this office in 2004 in Goose Creek, SC. We are a family practice helping your whole family, from grandparents to newborn babies. We are a warm and friendly office willing to go the extra mile to help you and your family with your health needs. We use innovated techniques in natural healthcare through chiropractic, progressive rehabilitation, wellness, nutrition and weight loss programs. We utilize natural techniques that don't require the use of drugs or surgery to get you out of pain faster, and stay out of pain longer.
