Chef Dustin treated our residents to a fun cooking demo featuring a warm, sweet banana souffle. Everyone loved watched the process - and, of course, getting to enjoy the tasty results.

Our residents had the opportunity to slow down, get creative and explore the beautiful art of calligraphy - encouraging focus, concentration, hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

The intentional, mindful movements of writing can promote relaxation while giving our residents the opportunity to learn something new and enjoy the satisfaction of creating something beautiful.
