Meet Peg Pickett, the powerhouse behind Visiting Angels The Villages. A leader, entrepreneur, and visionary with a heart for her community and a passion for making a lasting impact. Peg didn’t simply build a business — she built a vision rooted in people, purpose, and the belief that caring for others can truly change lives. ❤️

And then there’s Kayden — following closely in Peg’s footsteps and becoming an integral part of the Visiting Angels The Villages team. Kayden brings her own energy, perspective, and ambition to the family business while simultaneously building a brand and future of her own.

Just like her Nana, Kayden is creating something that belongs to her. She is currently growing her career as a local esthetician.

Because that’s the beautiful thing about watching one generation lead the way for the next — you don’t have to become the woman who came before you. You get to become the woman she inspired you to be.

There is something incredibly powerful about womanhood. The strength to lead. The courage to start over. The grace to nurture. The determination to build. And the ability to lift the women coming behind you while still making room to become everything you were meant to be. 💕

Our office simply would not run as smoothly as it does without our amazing Director. Debby is so much more than a manager — she is a mentor, a friend, a supporter, and the heart behind so much of what makes our team special.

The other day, we had a special visit from this handsome "young lad," Mr. Glenn, and his angel, Emily! 🥰

Mr. Glenn will be celebrating his 101st birthday next month! 🎉🎂 What an incredible milestone!

We truly believe there is so much we can learn from those who have been blessed with a lifetime of experience, wisdom, and unforgettable stories. Every visit is a reminder to slow down, listen, and appreciate the generations that came before us. We are so thankful for every moment we get to spend with our clients.

✨ Fun Fact: Mr. Glenn was born in 1925, the same year the iconic Goodyear Blimp made its very first flight! 🎈 It has been soaring through history for over a century—just like Mr. Glenn.

For over 5 wonderful years, Lynn has been part of our family, and while she's headed to the Lone Star State this summer to begin an exciting new chapter, she'll always have a special place in our hearts. 🌵✨

Lynn stopped by with her angel, Betty, to say her goodbyes, and we couldn't let her leave without surprising her with an extra-special gift basket filled with all of her favorite things. 🎁💐

Goodbyes are never easy when someone has made such a lasting impact. While we're sad to see her go, we're so grateful for the memories, laughter, and love we've shared over the years. ❤️

Today is National Kitten Day and we wanted to show some love to our sweet office kitten HALO, who has grown into a handsome big boy! He loves to greet people at our office, beg for snacks, and cause general mayhem! Have you met Halo yet?
