Red light therapy has a ton of benefits, BUT different benefits come from different wavelengths.

The ROUGE | Red Light Therapy panels offer 8 different wavelengths that all work together to provide more benefits at each layer.

Most panels don’t offer all 8 of these wavelengths and are often missing the 670nm and 1060nm wavelengths because the bulbs for these wavelengths are more expensive and less common.

C**t Brown came over to Precision Movement and Pain today to make sure he keeps his body moving the best that he can. C**t understands to stay healthy in-season, he needs to continue to taking care of his body to the best of his ability in the off-season as well. Recovering just as hard as he trains as he is currently going through two-a-days to accomplish even bigger goals in the upcoming season.

Stretching shouldn't have you squeezing every muscle in your body, gritting your teeth, and holding your breath.

We should be breathing slow and controlled.

Allowing gravity to push us deeper into stretches with each exhale.
