🦆Breaking News from Courtyard Manor! 🦆
Our resident ducks have officially welcomed the cutest little "new admits" to the pond!
The baby ducks have been waddling around and practicing their synchronized swimming. We can't confirm it... but we have heard they're already requesting extra breadcrumbs and negotiating for a larger pond. a
Needless to say, we are loving every minute of watching this adorable little family grow. Sometimes the best therapy comes with tiny webbed feet!

🎉🌮 Fiesta Fun at Courtyard Manor! 🌮🎉

Last Friday was one to remember as our residents enjoyed a festive Fiesta Day filled with laughter, great food, music, and plenty of smiles! 🌵🌺

The excitement didn’t stop there—we also held some friendly wheelchair races, and our residents had an absolute blast cheering each other on and showing off their competitive spirit! 🏁♿

It’s days like these that remind us how important it is to create joyful moments, encourage fun, and make lasting memories together. Thank you to our amazing staff for making every activity so special and to our wonderful residents for bringing the energy and smiles that make Courtyard Manor feel like home. ❤️

Today, we are proud to celebrate Ms. Mardell and her incredible progress during her short-term rehabilitation stay with us!

With determination, hard work, and the support of the amazing The Therapy Center team, Ms. Mardell worked tirelessly to regain her strength and independence. It has been an honor to be part of her journey, and we are thrilled to see her achieve her goal of returning home.

Congratulations, Ms. Mardell! We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and wish you continued health, happiness, and success as you begin this next chapter. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your recovery! 💙🏡

🎉🎈Congrats to Ms. Mardell on successfully completing her rehabilitation at Courtyard Manor Nurse Care Center

Following a hospitalization for an infection, Ms. Mardell came to our facility for short-term rehabilitation with the goal of regaining her strength and independence before transitioning to an assisted living community. Upon admission, she relied on a wheelchair for mobility. Our skilled therapy team created an individualized treatment plan focusing on balance, endurance, mobility, and higher-level functional tasks to help her safely return to her daily routine. Through her hard work and determination, Ms. Mardell made outstanding progress, advancing from wheelchair mobility to walking at a supervision level with a two-wheel walker. We are proud of all she accomplished and wish her continued success as she begins this new chapter in her assisted living community!

🌺🎉 It’s been a BUSY and exciting week here at Courtyard Manor! 🎉🌺

Our residents have been making memories all week long with friendly wheelchair races, exciting horse races, and a tropical Luau Party filled with smiles, laughter, and great company! 🏁🐎🌴

There’s never a dull moment when we’re having fun together! Seeing our residents laughing, cheering each other on, and enjoying every activity is what it’s all about.

Thank you to our amazing staff and everyone who helps make these special moments possible. Here’s to many more days of fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories! 💙

🎉🎈We would like to congratulate Ms. Barbara on successfully completing her PT, OT, & ST goals and returning home!

When Ms. Barbara arrived at Courtyard Manor Nurse Care Center, she required total assistance with her care. She was dependent for all activities of daily living, required a lift for transfers, was unable to walk, and was on a modified diet due to swallowing difficulties.

💪Through determination, hard work, and the support of Therapy Center’s skilled therapy team, she made remarkable progress. Therapy focused on improving her strength, mobility, swallowing, safety, and independence to prepare her for a successful return home. We are proud to share that Ms. Barbara progressed to completing her daily living activities with only minimal assistance, advanced to a regular consistency diet, and was able to walk 100 feet using a two-wheel walker. Congratulations on your incredible recovery and successful return home!

As we wrap up another wonderful month, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate some special memories from June!

🎉 Congratulations to Iris on being named our Employee of the Month for June! Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the compassionate care you provide to our residents each day. We appreciate you!

🙏 A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Kathleen and her amazing group of friends for their generous gifts of beautiful prayer cloths and “Little Jesus” keepsakes for each of our residents. Your kindness and thoughtfulness brought so much comfort and joy to everyone.

🎂 We also had a fantastic time celebrating our monthly birthday party! A very special thank you to our guest entertainer, Mr. Chubby Carrier, for sharing his incredible music and helping make the celebration one our residents will always remember.
