FUN FACT FRIDAY - FEATURING THE MAGIC OF BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION THERAPY!

How it works: BFR partially (and safely!) restricts blood flow to an exercising limb while doing light intensity workouts. And this approach actually tricks the body into responding as if it completed a heavy, high-intensity workout!

EXCITED!!! RISE PT is headed to the Special Olympics USA Games Minnesota 2026!! We will be volunteering for their Healthy Athletes program as we conduct physicals for the athletes prior to the games to make sure they remain healthy and strong and ready to GEAUX!
