Most pain comes from a mechanical problem causing dysfunction, which ultimately results in the initial pain we feel.

For example, a lot of back pain stems from our hips. Getting your back cracked might feel great, but it does not solve the underlying problem which is the hips!

Our muscles and bones are connected which is why it is so important to restore our musculoskeletal and neurological balance.

This might look gross, but many people use cupping to compliment their care for a host of issues and conditions.

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. As a result, muscle tension can be relieved, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cellular repair.

I have personally seen the benifuts of cupping with scar tissue and with healing of torn muscles. I started cupping the day of the tear.

Aside from bruising there are very few negative side affects from cupping!
