Does channeling drain me?

For me, the answer is no.

People sometimes assume that connecting with spirit must leave me exhausted or depleted, but I experience the complete opposite. After a session, I usually feel the most energized, happy, peaceful, and loved.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about being able to sit with someone, connect, and hopefully bring them a little validation, comfort, or healing.

I don’t walk away feeling like something was taken from me. I walk away feeling like my cup was filled, too. 🤍✨
