Every caregiver deserves a helping hand.

In this BIG 102.1 Acadiana Matters interview, Hospice of Acadiana volunteer Donna Sample shares how simple acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference for patients and their families. Through companion care, Food With Love deliveries, and creating handmade comfort items, Donna reminds us that hospice volunteers bring more than their timeβ€”they bring compassion, encouragement, and hope.

πŸ’š "Do small things with great love." – Mother Teresa

Donna beautifully shares how that quote inspires her volunteer work each day.

If you're caring for a loved one and feeling overwhelmed, remember: you don't have to do it alone. As Donna says, "Call us. Let us help you. We'll just come alongside."

🎧 Listen to Donna's inspiring conversation with Shawn Murphy on Big 102.1's Acadiana Matters to learn how Hospice of Acadiana volunteers make a lasting impactβ€”one family at a time.
