Crispy Cheese Taco Shell (Zero Tortilla)
Grab a baking tray with parchment paper.
Make small piles of shredded cheddar or mozzarella.
Flatten them into little circles.
Bake or air fry until the cheese melts and the edges start getting golden.
Now move FAST…
Lift the cheese circle and drape it over the handle of a spoon or spatula so it forms a taco shape while cooling.
In about 30 seconds it becomes a crispy taco shell.
Now fill it with:
Seasoned ground beef or turkey
Lettuce (if tolerated)
Tomatoes
Avocado
Greek yogurt instead of sour cream

What to do instead:
Choose smarter carbs—like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables—in controlled portions.
4. “Expecting fast results and getting discouraged.”
Healthy weight loss is gradual. Quick fixes often don’t last.
What to do instead: Focus on consistency, not speed. Sustainable habits give lasting results.
5. “Ignoring sleep and stress.”
Poor sleep and high stress can disrupt hormones that control hunger and fat storage.

Ingredients:
1. 8 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese2. 8 pepperonis3. Seasonings of your preference
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Prepare the Pizza Chips:
2.Create 8 piles of shredded mozzarella cheese on the lined baking sheet.
3. Top each cheese pile with a pepperoni and sprinkle with your preferred seasonings.Bake the Pizza Chips
4. Bake the cheese and pepperoni piles in the preheated oven for 7 minutes.
5. For extra crispiness, broil for the last minute or two.

Ingredients (4–6 servings)
2 cups liquid egg whites (or ~10–12 egg whites)
1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or finely chopped)
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup spinach (chopped)
¼ cup bell pepper (finely diced)
¼ cup onion (optional, finely diced)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-fat if preferred)
