🌟 Department Spotlight: Rehabilitation Technician

We’re excited to spotlight our Rehabilitation Technicians for the month of May! Rehab Techs play an important role in supporting patients through hands-on therapeutic care, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence during recovery.

When asked what makes Rehab Techs unique, they shared that they serve as coaches and cheerleaders for patients throughout the therapy process. Their connection with patients, along with the trust they build with therapists, allows them to play a key role in helping patients heal and grow stronger every day.

Rehab Techs help patients stay encouraged, hopeful, and motivated while recovering from an injury or surgery.

One of the most rewarding parts of the job is watching patients progress from their first day of therapy to discharge day. Seeing patients overcome obstacles, reach goals, and celebrate moments of success makes the work meaningful every day.
