Do I need an Implant with my Breast Lift?

Not always. A mastopexy can be performed alone, but sometimes a small implant can restore lost volume and help create the desired shape.

This patient wanted natural, proportional results - not a significant increase in size. Dr. Odinet combined her mastopexy with a 240cc implant to add just enough fullness while maintaining a soft and balanced look.
