Alyssa presented on Precepting Techniques at the AST Conference in Seattle today. 🩵

She is dynamic, knowledgeable, and deeply passionate about what she does. Students and new staff are fortunate to learn from her as a surgical clinical preceptor. 🩵

The techniques she shared have the power to transform OR culture—from one that can sometimes be challenging for learners to one rooted in mentorship, mutual respect, and professional growth. Ultimately, fostering supportive learning environments benefits not only students and new staff, but also the patients who deserve the very best care. 🩵
