Next time I’ll do a before wild woman look and an after tamed brow look

I have naturally high arched and long haired eyebrows but thinning, thanks dad! With the Botox for migraines my eyebrows can go from mild upside down triangles to wild contortionist’s eyebrows. Phuong My Duong at Sugared N More ALWAYS manages to even out these things while treating my super sensitive skin.

Before our last trip I was hoping to get in but my own fault, I didn’t schedule, luckily for me I stopped by to drop something off to her and she had 15 minutes to spare, enough to catch these brows up date! I took the time and was soooo grateful. Schedule early as she books up quickly.

Who’s ever age it is, there are few things I find more peaceful than a 6 AM, Sunday morning Massage. My office building is empty. There is no traffic on the road, it’s still dark and even though it’s summer, it’s almost cool- like, perfect for snuggling in the warm table. Thank you PD for allowing me to start my day this way💜

This weekend has seen a lot of back issues like sciatica, stenosis and neuropathy.

Sometimes a slow deep targeted myofascial massage does the trick other times it’s a little gentle tai yoga or still sometimes its a combination of everything that gives relief💜

I can’t tag him on Facebook. I tried to find him and I can’t so I’m gonna share his contact information and picture that I got from his Venmo profile which is how I paid him.

I reached out to Facebook a little bit ago as I needed some electrical work done at Peter‘s mom‘s house. I needed someone who was honest, who was reliable and who two elderly individuals would feel comfortable having in their home that they didn’t know. I immediately got Brian’s name and number as a highly recommended referral.

I messaged him on a Saturday evening never expecting him to answer but not only did he answer, but he wanted me to send him pictures so that he could kinda get an idea of what was going on. Before Saturday night was over we had already set up an appointment for him to come out and fix it, he had a good idea of what was going on, and I even had a roundabout price based upon different scenarios.

That is the type of service that I seek out and the type of service that strive to give to my own clients.

Brian is now added to my list of local experts that will be a first call when I need electrical work.

Adulting can be hard. I always tell my clients take some me time, trust that the universe is going to work everything out the way it’s supposed to. This week I am taking my own advice, today especially. Right now I’m taking 15 minutes to sit down with a hot cup of tea and just let the process happen💜
