-Important decisions are made locally and are not submitted to a corporation not involved with the residents or staff on a daily basis.

-In our 30-year history, only two people have served as administrators. A low turnover of administrative staff is important to the overall success of our facility and reputation in the community.

-A high priority is placed on meeting the resident’s physical, emo

tional and spiritual needs. Family involvement is welcome and encouraged.

-Active in the Louisiana Nursing Home Association on both the state and regional level.

Kelsie Dupre is an experienced SLP, bringing her talent and clinical knowledge to the TTC family in 2023. She serves as the full time Speech Language Pathologist at Amelia Manor Nursing Home in Lafayette. Kelsie has done an excellent job with caseload development and learning coding for CMG’s. She is always willing to assist therapists in neighboring facilities and has been a wonderful addition to the TTC family in Lafayette. She enjoys spending her free time enjoying her husband’s music travels and caring for her children. Thank you for all you do!
