After a 60-hour master’s program, including a year-long internship, followed by two years of supervised clinical practice, I’m incredibly proud to say that I have officially completed all the requirements and earned my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential!

To put the journey into perspective, the requirements included at least 100 hours of supervision contact and 3,000 client hours following graduation. That’s a whole lot of hours, a whole lot of learning, and a whole lot of growth. And today, I can finally say:

PLPC ➡️ LPC. Officially licensed. ✨

I’m incredibly grateful for the supervisors, mentors, colleagues, friends, family, and clients who have been part of this journey and helped shape the counselor I am today.

Now that I’m full-time in private practice, I have more openings!

Our office (Lotus Counseling and Wellness), located on Pinhook, is private pay only, but we do provide super bills upon request, which can be submitted by you to insurance for reimbursement.

I see kids as young as 2 for Play Therapy.
I work with older kids, young teens, and highschoolers using various creative interventions.

I see many college students and young adults.

I often work with other adults individually as well.

Ever feel like you have competing parts of yourself? Like, one part wants to be mad but another part wants to be hugged and nurtured?
Parts work allows us to identify and care for our various “parts” so that they can can function with more harmony.

I have new availability since retiring from the school system this year. If you’re thinking of therapy, the summer seems like a good time to begin—especially for those teens!
