Trauma can come in all shapes and sizes. Often times we think of trauma as big things such as car wrecks, divorce, r**e, but it is also traumatic to feel left out, dismissed, unseen, etc.

Some things are big marbles and some things are little marbles. And for many of us we may have 1000s of little marbles that add up to weigh just as much if not more than a big marble.
