I think everyone should try gluten-free fire at least 3 months…see what it does for your mind and body!!
I have been diligent about gluten-free for years now. It was contributing to a lot of inflammation. My mood was affected because my brain was inflamed. My digestive system was a wreck because it was causing leaky gut. My body and mind was TOXIC. You literally are what you eat and I can not stress this enough. Try eliminating inflammatory foods and see what changes occur! I tell all my patients to try one thing first like no sugar, then eliminate gluten, then maybe dairy, sometimes going completely plant-based is the cure!! One thing we do know is inflammation causes majority of diseases. Have you tried an anti-inflammatory diet??
