Currently accepting new clients! 🎉 I see little ones starting at 3 (in some cases 2 years of age), teens, and adults. My approach to counseling is strengths-based, collaborative, and empowering clients to reach the goals they set. I love creativity in counseling and often used integrative ways to help my clients feel comfortable working through trauma. Some presenting concerns that I often work with is depression, trauma, anxiety, low self esteem, behavioral concerns, and life stressors that block emotional well-being. I offer private pay options as well as the option to file with Blue Cross plans.

Everyone deserves the relief that comes with having a safe and supportive space to heal. It’s never too late to start your journey 🌻
