Sometimes “calm down” comes out before we even think about it — especially when everyone is overwhelmed. But kids don’t always need us to make the big feeling disappear. Sometimes they just need to know we can handle being there with them through it.

A little validation, connection, and choice can go a long way in helping kids feel safe enough to work through what they’re feeling.

✨ Meet Elle! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Eleanor (Elle) Kreamer to the Align Therapy + Wellness team as our Social Media Manager!

Elle is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling at Lindsey Wilson University and will begin her practicum this spring. Her passion for counseling comes from a genuine love for helping others and understanding their unique stories. She also enjoys spending time in her zinnia cut flower garden, where she’s reminded to “bloom where you’re planted.”

Through our social media, Elle hopes to create a space that offers encouragement, education, and hope—meeting people where they are and reminding them that growth is always possible.
