🍷✨ Wine Down Wednesday at Maison Levie ✨🍷

What a wonderful afternoon we had at Maison Levie!
Today, local celebrity chef Agnes Cappello joined us for our special Wine Down Wednesday event and treated our residents to an incredible culinary experience.
Originally from France and professionally trained there, Chef Agnes prepared a delicious assortment of gourmet appetizers, including:
🍓 Strawberry Brie Bruschetta
🍗 Chicken Parmesan Crostini
🥚 Mini Quiche
Our residents enjoyed every bite while spending time together, sharing stories, laughter, and making wonderful memories.
A heartfelt thank you to Chef Agnes for bringing her talent, passion, and a taste of France to Maison Levie. Experiences like these are just one of the many ways we create meaningful moments and enrich the lives of those who call Maison Levie home.

💜 Meet Tina “Tia Marie” Mitchell – One of Our Amazing Caregivers at Maison Levie! 💜

We’re excited to spotlight Tina Mitchell, affectionately known as Tia Marie, a dedicated CNA who brings compassion, communication, and teamwork to our residents every day.
Originally from Abbeville, Louisiana, Tina is the proud mother of a wonderful son, Braylon. She loves spending time with him, shopping, and creating meaningful conversations with those around her.
Tina’s journey into caregiving began when others recognized the natural compassion and care she showed toward people. Encouraged by those around her, she pursued her CNA certification and has been making a difference ever since.
Tina loves making people smile!
When asked what makes her feel appreciated at work, Tina shared:
“Knowing that I make a difference in someone’s life.”

We are grateful to have Tina as part of the Maison Levie family. Her caring heart and dedication help make our community feel like home.

At Maison Levie, we are especially grateful for the veterans, military families, and heroes who have touched our lives and community. Today, we remember their courage, service, and sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙

Our residents truly enjoyed spending the afternoon with The Louisiana Knights as they brought classic tunes, Southern charm, and so much joy to our community. Moments like these remind us how important music, laughter, and togetherness are in creating a place that feels like home.

Tonya has been a CNA since 1997 and says she felt a calling from God to care for others. She treats every resident like family, and her kindness and patience shine through each day.
