My grandmother passed away today at the remarkable age of 104. A lifetime filled with faith, family, memories, strength, love, and a legacy that will continue long after her time here on earth.
When Maison Levie was built, I chose her name because I wanted this home to represent something much deeper than a building or a business. I wanted it to represent family.
I wanted a place where our residents would be loved, protected, respected, and cared for the way we would care for our own grandmother. A place that felt like home. A place where every life and every story mattered.
That is what my grandmother represented to me, and that is the heart behind Maison Levie. Today, her name means even more.
Every time I walk through these doors and see Maison Levie, I will be reminded of the woman who inspire it. And every resident we love, every hand we hold, every family we comfort, and every life we have the privilege of caring for will be another small way of carrying her legacy forward.
Maison Levie will forever be part of her story — and she will forever be part of ours.
