Cinco de Mayo and Mental Health Awareness Month felt like the perfect time for a little group session.
Queso is melting under pressure.
Guac is feeling a little extra.
Pico is a little diced up.
And lime says things have been a little sour and edgy lately.
And honestly… we get it.
Life can feel like a lot sometimes.
Some days you’re holding it together.
Some days you’re just trying to get through.
Here’s your reminder:
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
And it’s always ok to taco ’bout how you feel.
Take a breath.
Check in with yourself.
Say what’s actually on your mind.
You’re doing the best you can, and that matters.
