Your prenatal appointment should be about more than just getting adjusted. đ€
Donât get me wrongâŠ
Adjustments are an important part of the care I provide.
But theyâre only one piece of the puzzle.
Every time a pregnant woman walks into my office, Iâm trying to understand her pregnancy.
How is she moving?
What movements are uncomfortable?
Where is she feeling pressure?
How has her body changed over the last few weeks?
How is baby positioned?
What is her body telling me today?
Because those answers help guide the care she receives.
Some days that means an adjustment.
Some days that means soft tissue work.
Some days it means movement, exercises, or simply helping her understand whatâs happening in her body.
No two pregnancies are the same.
So I donât believe every appointment should be either.
đ€ My goal is to meet your body where it is that day and support you through each stage of pregnancy.
đđŒ Whatâs one thing you wish someone would have explained better during your pregnancy?
