⭐ Resident Success Story: Carol D. ⭐
Today, we celebrate Carol as she heads home! 🏡❤️
Before coming to Keystone Pointe, Carol admits she felt nervous after seeing some online reviews. But after reading further and experiencing our care firsthand, she quickly realized Keystone Pointe was the right choice.
“From my very first night, I felt cared for.”
Carol shared that Julia, CNA, made such a difference during her first night — helping her feel comfortable, supported, and at ease during a stressful transition. She also wanted to recognize Megan, CNA, for always checking on her, often before Carol even had to ask for help.
She expressed appreciation for the wonderful nursing care from Ron and Angela, saying the staff made her feel truly cared for throughout her stay.
Carol also shared that she enjoyed the food and appreciated having alternative meal choices available, and described therapy as fantastic in helping her regain strength and confidence.
“There were so many wonderful people who stood out, I just can’t remember all the names!”
