Hi, I'm Greta—Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), owner of Unlimited Counseling, mom, wife, plant lover, and enthusiast of all things sparkly and colorful.

My journey into counseling began in my early 20s when I entered therapy and got sober. That experience changed the trajectory of my life and showed me firsthand the power of healing, self-discovery, and support. It also inspired me to become a therapist and help others create meaningful change in their own lives.

For the past 10+ years, I've had the privilege of working with preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, self-esteem challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, domestic violence, and life's many stressors. My passion is helping people heal from the experiences that keep them stuck so they can build lives they genuinely love.

I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms—it's about understanding your story, healing at the root, and developing the flexibility and resilience to move forward.

When I'm not counseling, you'll find me reading, crafting, doing yoga, or tending to my ever-growing collection of plants. 🌿
