My friend, Elle Keith, channeled Dr. James Simon, an energy healing doctor living in Colorado in the year 2070 for me.
It was an incredible experience! To have energy balancing/healing from a physician who is 47 years into the future . . . it was amazing.
Dr. James Simon has a very nurturing and very soothing voice. He asked me to energetically come to his office. When I came in, I saw a beautiful white recliner in the middle of the room. Against the wall, there was a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and there were many plants and flowers placed around the room.
The feeling in his office is very soothing with a lovely flowery aroma, subtle but just enough to tickle my senses. And as you look out the sliding glass doors, there is a beautiful patio garden with a sitting area to the left and an outdoor fireplace and waterfall on the right-hand side. It overlooks a small lake, many trees, and a grand view of the mountains.
He asks me to sit on the white recliner and to get comfortable. In this dimension, Iโm lying on my physical bed feeling very comfortable with my arms at my side. Before he starts, we go over again what issues I wanted to work on today.
โข I told him the side effects of a hit to my head causing a concussion about eighteen months ago with memory, cognitive issues, and occasional headaches. My memory just isnโt as sharp and I have a lot of scattered thought processing, which is hard for me to hold my focus and attention.
โข The black sludge heavy feeling around my entire body โ my breath, my head, my lungs โ my whole body just felt so heavy. For a good six months, my arms and legs felt like cement blocks.
He showed me what he called a wand โ a waveguide, which was full of light and colors. He then began waving the wand around my head and across the frontal head area. He brought the wand down the front of the body, including the arms and legs. He noticed the stuck energy patterns as he was moving the wand up, and down, and clearing them as he went along.
He would ask how I was feeling as he was doing this removal of the dark energies and inflammation in my body. It felt and looked like his wand was siphoning out these dark energies. It was pretty cool. Next, using a โprobeโ he worked on arthritis in my back, hands, and feet before moving on to my esophagus and stomach where I have some issues.
He worked on clearing the cellular memories from the head injury โ the concussion. Next, he did the same thing with each area of the body. As he was doing this, I started talking to my cells, blessing and giving gratitude to them for the hard work they do and how well weโre on the path to a better, healthier, lifestyle.
Then using the wand, he went to the bottom of my feet and toes, telling me to imagine or see all the dark energies that he had removed now coming back into my body as crystalline energy . . . filling me up. This was so cool for it felt like waves of liquid crystals flowing over my body. To say it was amazing doesnโt give enough credit to Dr. Simon's gentle energy healing.
This first session lasted a little over an hour and I felt so much lighter! So much Lighter! It was wonderful! I am looking forward to my next weekly session.

I originally had an appointment with Dr. Simon set up for the next week. I sent Elle Keith a text and told her I needed to detox from the Ibuprofen, Vicodin, and refined sugars from the past week, and with the physical physiology going on from it โ it felt like I was being slammed against the wall. I was in so much pain I could hardly get out of bed it was so painful. I asked if I could have a session with Dr. James Simon the next day. She said she would fit it into her schedule!
As usual, I energetically went to his office in Colorado. It was the start of another wonderful magical session with him and his wands and probes clearing every part of my body that was in so much pain. My skin was on fire, I could hardly touch it โ my head was raging.
I had no idea after being on Ibuprofen for so long (9 years) that when you come off of it you could have this kind of pain, it was indescribable. The pain was in my entire spine, especially the lower back.
Dr. Simon gently started speaking to me with his wonderful soft voice. He brought forth his wand, which he moved over and around my head, removing more of that dark gray energy sludge. He kept working on it until it became lighter, and lighter, and lighter. I could feel the tension in my head's frontal area relaxing.
Then he worked his way down to each part of my body and into my lungs (which had a lot of smoke inhalation from the November Camp Fire in Paradise, CA). Moving the wand in and around the front and backside of my lungs, it was just amazing seeing the dark energy become lighter and lighter.
My joints were hurting, especially both of my feet, my hands, and my knees. They were on fire and so painful I can hardly touch them. As he worked on lessening that discomfort with the probe, I could see those energies becoming lighter.
He continued balancing all the energies everywhere in my body including my stomach and esophagus, balancing and healing them. He balanced the energy of all the organs, circulation, nervous system, and muscular/skeletal system at the cellular level.
After an hour, I felt so much better, so much lighter. When I got up, my feet, hands, skin, spine, breathing, and headache were all feeling so much better!
Itโs just amazing how easily this process of balancing energies unfolds! God bless Dr. James Simon and for Elle being the clear channel that she is to provide this.

After Dr. Simon greeted me in his soft calming voice, we again went over the following issues I wanted to address today.
โข My right shoulder pain from arthritis is really, really painful and on a scale of 10, it was a 10+
โข My lungs needed to have more residual sludge loosened up because the shortness of breath occurs when Iโm bending over.
โข Insomnia
โข Scattered thinking and memory issues arrived after my concussion 18 months ago.
โข Right thumb pain and stiffness.
With his wand moving up and around my head, he is removing the dark energies until they lightened up including insomnia, memory, and scattered thought processing.
Then he started waving his wand and his hand when necessary removing the stuck energy pattern in my body.
When thatโs done, Dr. Simon then goes down to my feet, and using the wand he starts sending back into my body the cleansed energies with the white crystalline light.
This is very beautiful to me.
Next, Dr. Simon, had me stand up and bend over to see how my lungs were doing and if I was still feeling short of breath. And bending over, I stated it was all gone.
Then he had me walk around my home and see how Iโm feeling after the heaviness in my legs was lifting and it is so much better, like maybe a 20% residue left of the heaviness.
Wow! What an amazing session today on so many levels!
I love Dr. James Simon and I was able to give him a cosmic hug. That was so cool!
