Today, light and darkness meet in near-equal measure—a beautiful reminder that life is not about choosing one over the other, but learning to hold both.

We can carry grief and still choose joy.
Honor what has ended while welcoming what is beginning.
Feel uncertain and still trust the path unfolding before us.

The Equinox invites us back to our center—to release what no longer feels aligned and listen more deeply to what our soul has been quietly asking for.

As one season gives way to another, ask yourself:

What a wonderful start to a glorious day! 🌺☀️

I had the privilege and honor of teaching yoga to the wonderful people behind the Nello brand while they’re enjoying a little retreat here on beautiful Maui. 🌴🧘‍♀️

What beautiful souls—upbeat, vibrant, warm, and so full of life! Their energy was absolutely contagious, and it was such a joy to share this special morning with them.

And I have to say, I really enjoy their Super Glow Beauty Elixir—it’s delicious! ✨ It’s made with collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, broth, and plant ceramides. Such a lovely addition to my wellness routine.
