Over the last few months, The Little Wellness Room has welcomed several new machines and therapies, but I’ve also been working behind the scenes to bring in something completely different!!!

I’m so excited to announce that Awaken Stretch Therapy & Wellnessis coming to The Little Wellness Room!

Beginning soon, one of Awaken’s certified stretch therapists will be offering sessions at The Little Wellness Room on the first Saturday of each month (and maybe even more often once you experience it for yourself!).

Stretch therapy is designed to help improve flexibility, release tight muscles and fascia, increase mobility, improve posture, and reduce everyday aches and tension. It’s a gentle, hands-on therapy that can leave you feeling more relaxed, restored, and moving with greater ease.

Meet the Team ⚡️

Meet Drew David! A Louisiana native with a lifelong passion for fitness and athletics, Drew brings over 10 years of fitness experience and 6 years specializing in Fascial Stretch Therapy.

When he’s not in the stretch room, you’ll find him working out, hunting, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends. Drew is a devoted husband, father of two toddlers, and works full-time as an NDE Inspector.

His true passion is helping people move better, get out of pain, build strength, and improve their mobility so they can get back to doing what they love. We’re excited to have him as part of the Awaken Stretch team!

MEET THE TEAM ⚡️

Meet Megan, founder of Awaken Stretch Therapy!

A Louisiana native, Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and founded Awaken Stretch Therapy in 2019.

With a background in collegiate athletics, personal training, sports performance, and fitness, she has spent the last 12 years helping people move and perform at their best. She is a Certified Animal Flow primal mobility instructor and also has 7 years of experience as a Level 3-Sport Specific Fascial Stretch Therapist. She is passionate about improving mobility, building strength, and empowering clients to take control of their health.

When she’s not in the stretch room, Megan is a wife, mom of two toddlers, and a Catholic artist. She loves spending time with her family, working out, painting, paddle boarding, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors.

We’re excited for you to get to know Megan and experience the passion she brings to every session!
