Great news! We are reopening Monday, April 20th.
However, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we have made a few changes to our patient flow. They are as follows:
1. We will be seeing patients by appointment only! Please call 337.502.5303 to schedule. Same day appointments may be available.
2. Only the patient with an appointment is allowed in the building. Please do not bring friends or family with you, as we would like to keep the possibility of exposure to our staff and other patients minimal.
3. Patient temperatures will be checked at the door. No one with a fever will be allowed in the building.
4. Each person will be asked to answer the following questions:
•Have you been in contact with anyone that you know of that has CoVid-19?
•Do you have a cough, fever, runny nose, or shortness of breath?
•Have you been to any places or facilities housing someone who has CoVid-19?
If you answer "YES" to any of these, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
We look forward to scheduling and getting our patients back in for treatment.
