One thing I hear from parents fairly often is: "My baby just feels so stiff."
Sometimes that looks like arching, always looking one direction, difficulty getting comfortable, or not relaxing into mom or dad's arms. One of my favorite moments recently was hearing a mom say, "He's finally snuggling me." 🥹 Those are the moments that remind me why I love caring for babies. If you've noticed your baby seems especially tense or uncomfortable, we'd be happy to answer your questions. 🤍

Here we go again....HIRING: PATIENT COORDINATOR!

So what is a Patient Coordinator? This person will be in charge of the flow of the clinic and setting it up for success. Your job will be bringing patients back to start care, jumping in and helping co-workers and patients, making sure the place is spotless and ready for the next patient, holding babies while the mom gets adjusted, and being an uplifting little spirit to everyone! We need someone who is preemptive and great at planning/forecasting what is going to need to be done and jumping on it. You'll also need to be a problem solver so you can catch things before they even happen. I need a energizer bunny who can be on their feet the majority of their shifts and truly loves taking care of women and children. You will have to run errands for the clinic so you will need a reliable vehicle.

Here is a run down of some of the responsibilities you'll have:
- greeting and assisting patients
- bringing patients back to treatment rooms
- patient vitals
- helping keep treatment rooms spotless, stocked, and ready for next patient
- assisting with rehab and therapy support when needing
- jumping in and helping with front desk gets busy
- helping with marketing and special projects during downtime
- pitching in with patients and coworkers to make the clinic run as smooth as possible
- "behind the scenes" jobs that make the clinic flow
- friendly and love people

Welllllll a post I’d never thought I’d have to make 😭 This is our Amber’s last week—she is going corporate and back to the casino on us! 😭💔 Her last day is Friday so y’all make her week special 🤍 and say some prayers for me 😅

FOUR YEARS of Naya!! Naya worked at our old office and moved to Florida when we moved to the new space. We needed her back so when we had an opening, we reached out and got our girl back 🤗 So thankful for her and the big impact she has on everyone she meets 💗 Happy anniversary to us! 🥰
