Today we celebrate Jimmy Joubert — an incredible leader, owner, administrator, and friend! 💙💛

Jimmy is the proud owner of G&G and Golden Age of Welsh, and he is also the Nursing Home Administrator. But what truly sets Jimmy apart is that he is fully involved every single day at both facilities. He doesn’t just lead from behind a desk — he is present, engaged, and right there with his residents and employees. 👏

Jimmy pours his heart into creating a place where residents feel cared for, valued, and loved. ❤️ He works alongside his teams, supports his staff, checks on his residents, and takes pride in everything happening at both facilities.

And sometimes, that means getting down on the floor to make a new four-legged friend! 🐾😂❤️

Jimmy, we appreciate your dedication, leadership, compassion, and the countless hours you give to G&G and Golden Age of Welsh. You truly lead by example, and we are blessed to have you as part of our OakHaven family!

Our residents enjoyed a delicious meal, outstanding service, and even better company during this special outing. ❤️ From sharing laughs around the table to making memories together, every moment was filled with joy.
