Restorative yoga is the practice of being held. This beautiful somatic experience where your body is supported in a safe space, with the ability to heal and surrender 🤍

This class includes 5-6 gentle floor-based poses, each held for 10-15 minutes, giving time for the nervous system to regulate and your body to release tension. Your body will naturally soften during this practice with the accompaniment of sound bowls ✨
