Tonight’s assignment: Bunco night, but make dinner beautiful. 🍂🤎

I had the pleasure of private cheffing for a wonderful group of ladies this evening, and this Autumn Steak Salad was the star of the table.

🥩 Seared steak
🥬 Fresh mixed greens
🍠 Seared sweet potatoes & seasonal vegetables
🧅 Seared red onions
🧀 Feta & toasted pecans
✨ House-made Dijon vinaigrette

And because every good salad deserves some carbs… warm rustic sourdough with our infused garlic butter.

Everything was prepared and finished right there in their home and served family-style on one big beautiful board.

Good friends. Bunco. And a dinner you don’t have to cook or clean up after.
That’s my kind of girls’ night. 🤍
