We will work to communicate your financial responsibility to you in advance and will submit claims to your carrier on your behalf. Please bring your insurance identification card(s) with you. A photocopy will be placed in your billing file. If you are covered by more than one insurance company, please let us know which company is the primary carrier. This will help to avoid any delays in receiving benefits. If there is any change in your health coverage, please contact the office to update your records. Our staff will make every effort to help you understand your benefits and communicate with your insurance carrier(s).

Congratulations to John Bergin MD and Radiation Oncology of North Florida for completing the final phase of JointGlow Certification Training in Low-Dose Radiotherapy (LDRT) for osteoarthritis.

Following virtual training earlier this summer, last Friday's hands-on certification session provided our clinical team with advanced education and practical training to further prepare for delivering this innovative treatment option to patients throughout North Florida.

We were privileged to learn from Bobby N. Koneru, MD, FASTRO, and David Barron, MD, PhD, JointGlow co-founders and leaders in the advancement of LDRT for osteoarthritis. Additional expertise was provided by Jordan Johnson, who joined virtually to provide training on billing and operational considerations, and from CQ Medical, who introduced specialized immobilization devices designed specifically for osteoarthritis treatments.

As one of the early sites in the country to evaluate these emerging technologies and implement the JointGlow program, we are excited to continue expanding access to evidence-based, non-surgical treatment options for patients living with osteoarthritis.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this training and helped make this certification possible.
