📅 Medicare Open Enrollment is coming up FAST!

From October 15 through December 7, you can review your Medicare coverage and make changes for the year ahead. Changes made during Open Enrollment take effect January 1.

During this time, you can:
• Join or switch to a new Medicare Advantage Plan
• Join or switch to a new Part D prescription drug plan
• Switch between Medicare Advantage and Original Medicare

When comparing plans, remember the Three C’s: Coverage, Cost and Convenience. Look at what healthcare services, medications, providers and pharmacies are covered, along with premiums, copays, deductibles and other out-of-pocket costs.

Starting in 2025, your annual out-of-pocket costs for covered Part D drugs are capped at $2,000. After reaching that limit, you pay $0 for covered Part D drugs for the rest of the year.

Even if you’re happy with your current plan, Open Enrollment is a great time to review your coverage and make sure it still meets your needs.

Pelvic health focuses on the muscles and functions that support bladder control, pelvic comfort, and recovery during and after pregnancy.

If you experience bladder leakage, frequent or sudden urges to urinate, pelvic pain, or other symptoms that interfere with everyday life, pelvic floor therapy may help.

These concerns are common, but you do not have to simply live with them. At Stewart Memorial, pelvic health therapy can help you better understand your symptoms, improve bladder control, and get back to doing the things you enjoy.
