Meet Dr. Walsh! Little did I know, my gym buddy would be the one ensuring a smooth journey when surgery called. Every Saturday morning, I sit right in this spot. It’s my happy place. I take time to reflect on the past week, think about things I still need to accomplish, and give myself a few minutes to feel fully at peace. Now that it’s the holidays, this space is even more joyful! 🎄🎅🏼

For those of you on a wellness journey, this coming week can be a challenge. Take some time today to plan for the challenge. I, for one, am thinking through my workouts since I will be off schedule. I’m also thinking through meals knowing that Thursday, I want to savor every bite and enjoy every moment. A little bit of planning goes a long way. 🏋️‍♀️🍗🥧
