During your initial visit in our modern studio, we will evaluate your:

*Current Fitness Level
*Core & Spacular Strength
*General Strength
*Balance
*Flexibility/Range of Motion

Once beginning treatment, we will closely monitor your progress and adjust it, as needed, for your condition. Fees
Wellness Solutions currently accepts many health insurance plans and will submit claims on your behalf. For those who do not have one of the accepted insurance plans or surpass their plan limits, we offer an out-of-pocket fee structure to allow you to continue your wellness program at reduced rates.
