Here is an excellent FREE community resource for anyone that suffers from chronic conditions such as arthritis, back pain, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or other medical conditions that affect their daily living. This 4 Week Monday Mini-Series is led by Brittany Ruvalcaba, an Occupational Therapist. When asked about the program, she explained that this program will emphasize self-management skills and bring the tools for symptom management to life!
