Today was a beautiful reminder that love, hope, and time can bring people back together. Watching this family reunite was filled with tears, smiles, hugs, and so much gratitude. Moments like these remind us to cherish the people we love and never take time together for granted.

✈️ GETTING READY FOR ADVENTURE! 🧳🌎

Our members have the opportunity to take some amazing trips, and part of the fun is getting ready for the adventure! Our awesome admin team loves spending quality one-on-one time with our members, helping them shop for everything they need before they head out. 🛍️💙

But our support doesn’t stop there! From helping with packing and preparing for the trip to transportation to the airport and making sure everyone has a safe send-off, we’re proud to be there every step of the way.

These moments are about so much more than travel—they’re about independence, choice, new experiences, and making memories that will last a lifetime. We can’t wait to hear all about their epic adventures when they return! ✈️🧳❤️

Our members had a blast getting creative with a little mixed-media art! Using Bingo markers and crayons, they combined colors, patterns, and textures to create artwork that was uniquely their own.

Activities like this are a great way for our members to explore their creativity, express themselves, and most importantly, have fun together. We love seeing their imaginations come to life! ❤️

A big thank you to Havasu Lanes for always taking such great care of us! Our members absolutely love getting out on the lanes, knocking down some pins, cheering each other on, and enjoying time together.

Bowling is more than just a fun outing—it’s a great way for our members to stay active, build confidence, practice their skills, and make memories with friends. We’re grateful to have such a welcoming place in our community where our members can have fun and be themselves! 💙🎳

Today we’re celebrating someone who means so much to the New Horizons family! Her compassion, dedication, and genuine love for our members can be seen in everything she does. She truly cares about the people we serve and works every day to make sure our members feel supported, valued, and loved.

Lauren is also a tremendous source of support for our DSPs. She's always there to offer guidance, encouragement, and a helping hand when it’s needed most. Her commitment to both our members and the incredible staff who support them makes her such an important part of New Horizons.

💪 A New Space to Grow Stronger! 💪

We're excited to introduce our brand-new workout area at New Horizons! Our members now have a cozy, air-conditioned fitness room just steps away from our day program, making it easier than ever to stay active while beating the Arizona heat.

Designed to be inclusive and accessible, this new space gives members the opportunity to work toward their personal fitness goals, build strength, improve their overall well-being, and gain confidence along the way. With adaptive equipment that supports a variety of abilities, everyone can exercise together in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.

Because of our generous donors, community partners, volunteers, and supporters, opportunities like this are possible. Your kindness helps create spaces where our members can stay healthy, build independence, and enjoy life to the fullest.
