🎃👻 THE ADVENTURES OF RON & DEMPSEY! 🚗🍦

When Ron and Dempsey have an adventure in mind, it's time to hit the road! 😎

These two decided to take a day trip to Bullhead City to get into the spooky spirit with a visit to Spirit Halloween! 🎃👻 After checking out all the Halloween goodies, they worked up an appetite and headed to Black Bear Diner for a delicious lunch. And what better way to top off a great day than with some ice cream?! 🍔🍦

At New Horizons, member choice is at the heart of everything we do! 💙 We believe our members should have the freedom to make their own decisions, explore their interests, and choose how they spend their weekends. Whether it's a spontaneous road trip, a favorite restaurant, or a little shopping, these experiences promote independence, build confidence, and create lasting memories!

One thing's for sure... Ron and Dempsey sure know how to make the most of their weekends! 🙌

Little Tasks, Big Achievements!

Whether it's lending a hand with dinner or preparing lunch for the next day, our members are always eager to pitch in and put their independence into action! These everyday activities give them the opportunity to take pride in what they can accomplish on their own.

It's these everyday moments that make a big difference! From building confidence to learning valuable life skills, every opportunity to do things for themselves is another step toward greater independence and personal growth. 💙💚

Our friends at Abilities Outweighs Disabilities are hosting their annual BOO BASH, and it's going to be a spooktacular evening! 🧡💜

This FREE, inclusive Halloween event is specially designed for individuals with special needs and their families to enjoy a fun, safe, and welcoming environment filled with costumes, music, treats, and Halloween excitement!

🎃👻 A SPOOKTACULAR TIME WITH BAILEY! 🧡

Halloween is one of our members' favorite holidays, and Bailey stopped by with a fun and creative Halloween project that got everyone into the spooky spirit! 🎨🎃 Our members had a blast getting creative, putting their own personal touches on their projects, and proudly showing off their Halloween masterpieces!

A HUGE thank you to Bailey for always bringing her creativity, kindness, and enthusiasm to New Horizons! Your time and dedication mean so much to our members, and we're incredibly grateful for everything you do!

Halloween is right around the corner, and we need your help filling our candy buckets! 💙

New Horizons Center is collecting candy for the Boo Bash Trunk-or-Treat AND our Annual New Horizons Trick-or-Treat — two of our favorite Halloween traditions! 🎃

🎉👏 HAPPY RETIREMENT, SHANE! 👏🎉

After being part of our Group Supported Employment Program since 2022, Shane is officially hanging up his work hat and heading into retirement! 🎊

Shane always brought a great attitude, plenty of laughs, and a personality that could brighten anyone’s day! 😄 One thing you could always count on was Shane making his rounds to say hello to every staff member before starting his workday. And let's not forget his famous charm—Shane always had a way with the girls! 😉❤️

We're so grateful for the memories, friendships, and fun times Shane has shared with us over the years. While we'll miss having him at work, this certainly isn't goodbye! We'll still be seeing Shane at Special Olympics and other events and functions.

We couldn't be happier for Shane as he begins this exciting new chapter!

Congratulations, Shane! Enjoy every minute of your well-deserved retirement! 💙🎉
