Forest Bathing Update 🌿

We’ve had to temporarily pause our Forest Bathing program. We’re hopeful that it will be back up and running next month and look forward to sharing updates.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month 💙

Too often, men are told to stay strong and handle things on their own. The truth is that reaching out for support takes strength.

This month, let's remind the men in our lives that they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, or simply feeling overwhelmed, support is available and recovery is possible.

Hope & Serenity Recovery Community Center offers free peer support services where individuals can connect, share experiences, and find hope in recovery.

We are excited to announce that we are once again partnering with the Jefferson Township Recreation Department and Eric Wilsusen-Mayor of Jefferson Twp NJ (Mayor's Wellness Campaign) to bring the Forest Bathing Program back to the community. Starting THIS SATURDAY we will be meeting each week for an immersive, guided experience in nature designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge.

🌿 Saturdays | 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
🌿 Saffin Pond, Weldon Road, Jefferson Township
🌿 FREE program (registration required)

Come as you are—no experience needed. Just bring comfortable shoes, water, and an open mind.
