Unfortunately, this week's Tending the Threads: Textile & Weaving Workshop has been canceled due to a lack of sign-ups.

That's always a little disappointing, but it's also part of listening and learning. 💛

I'm curious... is there another kind of creative gathering you'd be excited to attend? Watercolor? Nature journaling? Clay? Bookmaking? Slow stitching? Something completely different?

Seedbed & Bone has always been about creating quiet spaces to return to ourselves, and I'd love to shape those spaces around what genuinely inspires this community.

🎨🐝 Another Paint & Pause is in the books!

One of my favorite moments came at the end, when we spread everyone’s paintings out on the table and took time to admire them together. We talked about the little details we loved, the choices each person made, and even created stories about the bees and lilacs that appeared on each canvas.

One participant shared something that perfectly captured the spirit of the morning: all of the paintings felt like a little family. They were all inspired by the same project, yet each one was completely unique, reflecting the person who created it.

It’s one of the things I love most about these gatherings. We may begin with the same inspiration, but everyone brings their own perspective, personality, and creativity to the table.

Thank you to everyone who spent a beautiful morning by the lake creating, laughing, and sharing space together. 💜

🌿🎨 What a beautiful morning for Paint & Pause by the lake.

The tables are set, the paints are ready, and the water is sparkling. Today we’ll slow down, breathe a little deeper, and spend some time creating together surrounded by fresh air, lilacs, honey bees, and lake views.

No pressure. No perfection. Just a chance to pause, connect, and enjoy a peaceful morning outdoors.

I can’t wait to see each painting come to life, every canvas tells its own story.
