Healthy Foods, Healing Plants & DIY Bath Soaks
Bring your kids for a hands-on adventure into the world of nature!
During this interactive class, children will:
*Learn about healthy foods that help our bodies grow strong *Discover common herbs and plants and what they're traditionally used for.
*Explore herbs through sight, smell, and touch
* Create their own personalized herbal bath soak to take home
Enjoy a fun, educational activity while learning to appreciate God's amazing creation.
Perfect for ages: 5 and up (younger children welcome with an adult)
Location: Sequoia Mountain Apothecary
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Every 2nd Wednesday of each month
Suggested donation $10
Each child will leave with:
Their own custom herbal bath soak
A simple plant guide
New knowledge about healthy living through nature
Space is limited.

Happy Friday! I will be at the Apothecary from 12:00-2:00 today then at
OnPoint Gym Lake Isabella at 3412 Lake Isabella Blvd from 2:00-4:00pm.
Stop in and say hi at either or both locations, ask about classes and workshops, & meeting spaces. Then tomorrow in the large Apothecary parking lot we host the Lake Isabella Community Farmers Market Golden hour series starting at 5pm - dark featuring The Veterans Family Band!!
