My milk & honey 🤍🍯

This weekend, Jason helped me add 2 new beautiful sconces to the wall above my products. He also helped bring up my curved glass cabinet so I can continue to expand the products I carry in-studio to assure you have access to all the proper at-home care you may need. I am so grateful for his unwavering love and support as I continue to pour more into my business.

I receive so much joy getting to continuously sculpt my work space into a place of warmth, love, and comfort. A place where all are welcome. A place where you can come to escape the stresses of life outside, leave your worries and fears at the door, and just trust that my goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and safe.

In the last 20 months, 266 unique individuals have crossed my threshold, and entrusted me to care for them. Shared their vision with me, and let me help to assist in achieving their goals. Have made the decision to choose me, and the services I offer. I know I talk about this a lot, and may sound like a broken record, but I truly don't think you'll ever understand the profound impact you have had on me.

I have been in the beauty industry since 2019, licensed since 2020, and a business owner since 2024. The last 20 months have been the most rewarding getting to touch so many lives, and having the opportunity to watch my business continue to flourish and grow. I am also so grateful for the incredible men and women who work along side me in this industry. Who offer services in the same line of work, but do not treat me as competition or an enemy, but as a friend and an ally knowing we're all in this together; to take care of our clients and to keep you as our priority.

Words could never express how grateful I truly am for each and every one of you. Your support allows me to do what I am passionate about, caring for others, while also getting to be present as Wally's mama. To literally have the best of both worlds, it's an absolute dream to get to do both and not feel like I have to choose one thing over the other.

I love getting to come to my home away from home. To see your beautiful faces, to hear the updates of what's going on in your life. To see you relaxed, happy, glowing, loving yourself a little more each time you come in.

2 years ago today, God proved to me again that modern day miracles still happen!

2 years ago, at almost 8 weeks old, Walter had a follow-up MRI on his brain to assess everything after his stroke and brain bleed at birth. If you suffered a stroke today, you will have scar tissue in your brain for the rest of your life, showing that something happened there for the rest of your life.

2 years ago, the pediatric neurosurgeon and a separate pediatric neurologist BOTH came back with NO SIGNS that Walter ever suffered from a stroke! None, nothing, nada, his scans were clear!

Walter was estimated to have been without oxygen for roughly 3 minutes when he coded just 10 hours after he was born. If you don't know, here's what happens when your brain goes without oxygen

- 0 to 30 Seconds: Higher cognitive functions alter; you experience dizziness, poor judgment, and rapid breathing.

- 30 to 60 Seconds: Consciousness is lost. Brain energy reserves (ATP) run out completely.

- 1 to 2 Minutes: Brain cells stop functioning correctly, and deep neural impairment begins.

- 3 Minutes: Neurons suffer severe, widespread harm; permanent injury becomes highly likely.

Walter has no lasting effects from the multiple events he suffered from on the day of his birth, and the days to follow. Today, Walter is a happy, healthy, and thriving little boy.

God made so many miracles happen for me and my little family. When I was undeserving of everything he did. He left the 99 and found me, in the darkest, lowest, most empty place I have ever been in and pulled me out. He showed me grace and showed my baby mercy.

Everything we went through, everything Walter went through is a testament to how great our God truly is! And I will never cease to share how incredible his love is for each of us.

I really can't wrap my brain around everything some days, how absolutely BLESSED we have been throughout the last 2 years. It doesn't matter where you are, or the past you come from, I am proof of a loving and forgiving God. Walter is proof that even just touching the hem of His garment, you shall be healed.

The Zero downtime, non-invasive Rezenerate Nano-Infusion facial has got to be hands down one of my favorite services that I offer!

My beautiful client is prepping for her son's wedding this weekend, and wanted to make sure her skin was absolutely ✨️Glowing✨️ She truly already has beautiful skin, but having mature skin means more fine lines & wrinkles. We tackled those, as well as removing all the unwanted peach fuzz so her make-up will lay flawlessly on her skin this weekend.

To say I am grateful is an absolute understatement. From the bottom of my heart though, I truly am so incredibly grateful for every one of you who continues to support me; near and far.

I did not place 1st, but I did rank in the top 3 in both categories, and I really didn't think I would place in either with how many options there were in each category.

My little studio has been open for 17 months, and it has been nothing but a blessing, day in and day out. I was not happy at my old job, I missed being home and active in my new role as a mom. I dreaded the 2hr drive each day to go to and from my old job. I missed my husband. I felt like my newborn was changing so much while I was working in an environment that did not support my goals and aspirations to be both a mom and a working professional. There was no balance...

So I trusted God, and I took a leap of faith. I started fall 2024 getting all the details worked out. Made my name, established my LLC, started ordering products, supplies, equipment, and decor to make my vision come to life. To make this crazy dream become a reality. I cannot tell you how scared I was... The fear of failure, the fear of making a mistake, the fear of putting my family under an unnecessary financial burden if I didn't succeed. That was the devil whispering all of those doubts and lies into my ear, and I did not listen to him!

I opened my doors Saturday, January 4th, 2025 with one client on my schedule. Every month that has passed by since then has been a blessing beyond belief. Each week that passes, I have gotten to meet and service new clients from all corners of Houston. From locals here in Brazoria county, to those of you who drive to me from Jersey village, sugarland, bay city, friendswood, clear lake, ect. Without YOU I would not be where I am today; happy, thriving, enjoying my work/life balance. Getting to be present raising my sweet miracle, Walter. Getting to do things with my family. Getting to adjust my schedule and work hours so that they are cohesive with my life now, and let those hours evolve as my life continues to change.

To be voted as "one of the best" in both the Esthetics and Massage categories has had such a profound effect on me. To know what I am doing; the services I am providing, the gospel I am sharing, the labor of love I am committing to is reaching the community and is coming back with visible results that I made the right choice to open my doors.

I am looking forward to what the rest of 2026 has to offer. I am excited to continue to grow my business, to spread my love of the Lord, and share my passion for what I do with you and whoever else that may walk through my door.

Whether you are dealing with breakouts, dryness, or irritation, it almost always comes down to one thing: your skin barrier.
