Beginning Monday, October 19, Burns Family Practice will welcome patients at our new location:

While our address is changing, everything you know and trust about Burns Family Practice will remain the same—including our convenient on-site lab. We’re simply moving into a better, more spacious building with improved parking!

Please note that our office will be closed Thursday, October 15, and Friday, October 16, while we move. We will reopen at our normal time on Monday, October 19.
