What You’ll Do
As our Patient Advocate, your primary responsibility is creating an incredible patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors until they leave.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Welcome every patient by name whenever possible.
* Answer phones with warmth, professionalism, and energy.
* Schedule appointments and keep the doctors’ schedules running smoothly.
* Collect payments, copays, coinsurance, and deductibles accurately.
* Verify insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities to patients.
* Help patients understand chiropractic care and answer general questions.
* Keep communication flowing between doctors, patients, and teammates.
* Es**rt patients where they need to go and assist with office flow.
* Enter accurate charges and documentation.
* Celebrate patient milestones, birthdays, and victories.
* Jump in wherever the team needs help because “that’s not my job” isn’t part of our culture.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Medical office experience is a plus.
* Understanding of insurance copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and basic math is preferred.
* Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Spanish speaking is a plus.
