Come have lunch with me at one of my FAVORITE Winter Park spots ๐ธโจ
Today I grabbed the chicken power bowl from Bricks & Bowls on Park Ave and WOW ๐
This bowl is packed with:
๐ Chicken
The goal is to build meals with:
๐ฅฆ Broccoli
๐ซ Peppers & onions
๐พ Quinoa
๐ง Feta
๐ฐ Almonds
AKA the kind of meal that actually keeps you FULL instead of hungry again 45 minutes later ๐
One thing I teach women all the time is this:
Weight loss does NOT mean eating tiny sad salads.
The goal is building meals with:
โจ Protein
โจ Fiber
โจ Healthy fats
โจ Volume
โจ Flavor
This bowl honestly will probably be TWO meals for me because itโs so filling ๐
And letโs talk about the balsamic dressing for a second because it deserves its own moment ๐๐
Healthy eating becomes so much easier when you find restaurants and meals you genuinely LOVE instead of trying to survive on food you hate.
You do not have to give up eating out to lose weight ๐ธ
