Here we have a lovely patient getting a full face C02 Fractional Laser Session. Here we have over 30 year old implants that were calcified and the capsule was totally removed. This is called capsular contraction. Capsular contracture occurs when the scar tissues begins to harden and tighten around the implant.

Here we have a lovely patient who came in for evaluation for breast augmentation. Patient was a full A cup possible B and wanted to be approximately a C, but with a natural shape. Dr. Papanicolaou was able to give the patient the results that she desired with a bilateral breast augmentation.
