Just a reminder, we are CLOSED TODAY & the rest of the weekend, into Tuesday… we’re officially moving the big stuff over to our NEW space at 📍136 E. Lake St.! 🎉🏡

We’ll be spending today and the rest of the weekend hauling, organizing, decorating, and bringing Rock Lake Nutrition’s next chapter to life 🤭👏🏻 We are SO excited to see everything start coming together and we seriously cannot wait to share it with all of you!

🤞🏼 Our goal is to have an official opening date nailed down by the end of today, and when we do… YOU’LL hear it here first! 👀🎉

🚨 BIG NEWS, ROCK LAKE NUTRITION FAM! 🚨

Well… we’re doing it! 🤩

we’re kind of flying by the seat of our pants over here 😂 and FINALLY making a big move to our new downtown location! — To give ourselves time to move everything, get set up, and prepare for this exciting next chapter, we plan on being open Thursday normal hours (tomorrow) BUT plan to be CLOSED Friday, & throughout the weekend along with Monday & Tuesday Next week.

We know it’s a little last minute (would you expect anything less from us? 😅), but we’re SO excited to be settling into our new home before Town & Country Days weekend! 🎉

📍 New Location:

(Next to Timber Creek Pizza)

We’re currently waiting on a health inspection date & final approvals, so we aren’t ready to announce an exact opening date just yet—but we should know more very, VERY soon! 🤭 (we’re hoping Wednesday of next week!!) 🤞🏻 As soon as we have the green light, you’ll be the first to know 👏🏻

As the saying goes, “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” And while this move has definitely pushed us outside ours, we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead 🫶🏻
