Sometimes the people who visit Lilac Springs see something special too. 💜

Over the years, we’ve been blessed to welcome school groups, musicians, volunteers, and community members through our doors. While they often come hoping to brighten our residents’ day, they usually leave having been touched by the kindness, warmth, and appreciation they find here.

We're seeking someone who loves cooking, enjoys creating nutritious and delicious meals, and can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. This role includes meal planning, ordering and inventory management, food preparation, kitchen organization, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

The ideal candidate is:
✅ Experienced in food service or kitchen management
✅ Organized and dependable
✅ Comfortable with ordering and inventory control
✅ Passionate about serving seniors
✅ Able to lead and maintain a well-run kitchen
