Massive rotator cuff tear involving multiple tendons! This involved the subscapularis (front) and supra and infraspinatus (top two) rotator cuff tendons. The tissue is scarred down and retracted making repair difficult. Once the tissue is mobilized I secured the tendon to the bone with anchors and placed the Regeneten implant for healing and new tissue growth.
